My Role
UX/UI Designer
Star Palace Travel is an all-in-one Myanmar travel app for bus tickets, car rental, tour packages, and mobile top-up. I designed the end-to-end mobile experience for first-time and low-tech travellers, making each flow simple, consistent, and easy to book without help.

UX/UI Designer
Many Star Palace customers are older travellers, first-time smartphone users, or people who are not confident booking online. The challenge was to design a travel app that felt clear, trustworthy, and easy enough for users to book a ticket without needing help from family or staff.

Many Star Palace customers are older travellers, first-time smartphone users, or people who are not confident booking online. The challenge was to design a travel app that felt clear, trustworthy, and easy enough for users to book a ticket without needing help from family or staff.
I started by defining the main user problem: low-confidence travellers need fewer decisions, clearer language, and visible support. From there, I created design principles such as one task per screen, big obvious buttons, upfront pricing, color-based seat states, and always giving users a way back or a way to call for help.
##Solution
The final app combines four travel services inside one friendly home hub: bus tickets, car rental, tour packages, and mobile top-up. Each flow uses the same visual system, clear CTA buttons, simple forms, saveable tickets, and familiar patterns so users only need to learn the app once.
The result is a complete mobile app experience with around 30 screens built from one shared system. The design reduces cognitive load, makes booking feel safer, and creates a consistent experience from sign-up to saved ticket.
