Built a brand from zero. Designed the full identity system — logo, palette, typography, usage guidelines. The ThaiCast wordmark blends a calligraphic Thai-inspired "T" with a bold modern sans, accented by a red dot that adds energy without noise. Three lockups cover every context, paired with an Electric Blue and Accent Red palette on near-black and white, set in Public Sans across five weights.
Simplified the casting flow. Redesigned the core UX around two actions: applying for a role, and reaching out via chat. Talent can apply in seconds; directors message directly with no friction. Onboarding was broken into 5 focused steps — one ask per step, a persistent progress bar, and an early Talent-vs-Hire split that personalizes everything downstream.
Localized for the Thai market. Every decision, from the electric blue to the bilingual interface, was made for Thai users. The landing page was designed end-to-end for trust and easy entry, hero to final CTA. Desktop prioritized clarity across casting calls, discovery, applications, and hiring; mobile carried the same content in a stacked, single-column layout with a tab-bar nav and thumb-friendly CTAs — same content, less noise.
